    We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  2. SHIPPING COSTS
    We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £20.
    For orders under £20, standard shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been received and confirmed.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
    Standard UK delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, high demand, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  5. TRACKING INFORMATION
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available), so you can monitor your delivery.

  6. DELIVERY PROVIDERS
    We use trusted UK courier partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or similar services depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Gadgetify cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  8. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
    If your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us at support@gadgetifyuk.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

  9. PRE-ORDER OR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
    If an item is marked as pre-order or temporarily out of stock, dispatch times will be clearly communicated at checkout or by email.
